• strictly no price-splitting of my avatars.
• no leaking, trading, giving out files to trusted friend ect.
• if whenever myself or another uploader are uploading a model to your account and we notice the account has a paid or free avatar public, we have all rights to not proceed with the upload to protect my work.
• strictly no making my avatars public, if i find out you will be banned from my store, and discord and potentially dmca.
• strictly no uploading an avatar you brought to someone elses vrchat account.
• if you commission an avatar from me, do not give the files to anyone. not even "trusted friends" to "fix it" because if it requires fixing, there was clearly some miscommunication.
• editing my avatars is allowed, just not to the point where it is not recognisable that i made the avatar itself.
